• Flagging of Veterans Graves - Meet at the Post at 8:30 am or meet at Mt. Calvary Cemetery at 9 am. Mt. Calvary is located at 1362 Leonard St. NW, Grand Rapids
• SAL BBQ - Food at 1 pm (Pig Roast & Chicken, Roasted Red Potatoes, Squadron Slaw, Baked Beans, Rolls & Desserts) - Adults: $9 - Children under 10: $5 - Gordon Thayer Band plays from 3 pm - 5pm - Open to the Public - 50/50 Drawings all day
• Historical Tablet Memorial Rededication 2 pm

Since our charter in 1947, the Northeastern American Legion Post 459 has been welcoming veterans from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, country and community. Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble below.
